One grieving family decided that justice was a dish best served with the swing of a fist, taking down the man accused of murdering 16-year-old Diamond Alvarez in a brutal courtroom beatdown.

Frank DeLeon Jr., the man who allegedly shot the teen 22 times back in January 2022, found himself in for one hell of a beating during the second day of his murder trial on Tuesday, after he allegedly let out a laugh when Anna Machado, Alvarez’s mother, completed her victim impact testimony.

Upon noticing DeLeon’s alleged giggle from across the Texas courtroom, Machado, alongside Alvarez’s uncle and another grieving family member, took matters into their own hands, giving the purported killer one heck of an a— kicking.

Though the brawl prompted the judge to adjourn the court for the day, Machado stayed back, apologizing for going after DeLeon.

“That was wrong of me, that was wrong of us, because we are not monsters,” Machado explained, “But it’s so much hate, because I want my daughter back, and what he did is horrible, seeing my daughter there and looking at him, knowing he did that, and him laughing at my face, it was very wrong and I’m sorry for that.”

Machado’s apology was most certainly not necessary, but take it from this heartbroken mother — hell hath no fury like a pissed-off mom.
